Lower emissions intensity
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity fell by 13% in the past financial year, reflecting continued progress in operational efficiency.
Reducing water withdrawal
Total water withdrawal at our production sites was 36% lower than in 2021, with water intensity falling by almost half.

Natural Refrigerants address both climate and PFAS concners
Natural refrigerants help customers move away from synthetic refrigerants that can carry high global warming potential and, in the case of many A2L refrigerants, PFAS-related environmental concerns.
Adiabatic cooling decisions are backed by local operating data
The Adiabatic Efficiency Calculator uses local weather data and current electricity and water prices for the planned site to compare savings potential against dry cooling. Since 2025, it has also been available for data-centre cooling applications.
Refurbished fans extend service life with customer value
Since late 2025, refurbished fans have been collected, refurbished and marketed with the same warranty and at a reduced price.
The IMPACT label helps customers choose efficient solutions
Introduced in 2024, the IMPACT label identifies efficient, innovative, resource- and energy-saving solutions. It was integrated into GPC Europe shortly after launch and now covers heat exchangers, fans, accessories, refrigerants, fluids and IoT tools.
IoT and AI support more efficient operation
aicore link™ and aicore cloud™ help collect and analyse operating data so systems can be monitored and optimised more effectively. Existing systems can also be upgraded through software updates or controller replacement.
Expanding renewable energy generation
Güntner Group is increasing on-site solar capacity across major production sites, with systems operating in Romania and Mexico and further installations planned in Indonesia and Hungary.
When 90%+ of value-chain emissions arise during the use phase, our focus has to be on operation. That means helping customers choose efficient equipment, operate it well, maintain it for longer and prepare for the future of cooling.
