Christa Haeussler brings over 30 years of global leadership experience in technology and cyber security, with a strong track record in digital transformation and product development across complex, international organizations. As CIO of Güntner Group and MD of Spark Radiance, the Group’s digital innovation hub, she is responsible for all IT activities and plays a key role in connecting systems, data and teams to strengthen collaboration and enable efficient, scalable operations across the Group. 

Managing Director Güntner Data Center Solutions

Yan Evans brings over 30 years of international leadership experience to his role as Managing Director, Global Data Center Business at Güntner. A Chartered Engineer with a strong track record in scaling global operations, he leads global data center activities, supporting hyperscale and mission-critical environments. His focus is on aligning business priorities with evolving customer needs to deliver reliable, efficient and high-performing cooling solutions.

Managing Director – APO

Glen has overall responsibility for manufacturing, sales, and operations across the APO region. He brings a strong track record of leadership and is committed to operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Executive President – USA

Miguel leads the business across North America, with a strong focus on customer relationships, growth, and operational excellence. With more than 24 years in heat transfer technology, he is passionate about innovation and long-term value creation.

Managing Director – Mexico

Everardo leads Güntner’s operations in Mexico, focusing on manufacturing excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. He is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions while fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.

Oliver leads Güntner’s Energy & Process Cooling business, supporting customers in addressing the growing demands of industrial cooling, energy applications, and sustainable process operations. With extensive industry expertise and a strong customer-focused approach, he helps develop solutions that combine efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.

New: Leading Güntner’s Climate Solutions Business, his main areas of responsibilities lie in key growth fields such as Data Centre, Renewable Energy and HVAC.
Working closely with customers and partners, he focuses on delivering innovative, customized and sustainable solutions to support the transition towards a more climate-friendly future.

Julien leads Güntner’s Global Service organization, strengthening collaboration across regions while keeping service close to customers and their local needs. His focus is on creating a consistent, responsive service experience that supports reliable performance and long-term value throughout the equipment lifecycle.
