The user-friendly interface offers a complete view of equipment health and operation making it easy to integrate external data for sharing information to other systems; such as service systems or building automation.

Performance analysis enables anomaly detection and failure notification, preventing costly repairs and equipment downtime. The reporting function offers the best possible historical overview of how your cooling equipment is operating, using key data such as energy consumption, water consumption and cooling utilisation.

All the IoT features are realised and provided in aicore™ cloud with device connectivity through our ‘plug n’ play’ aicore™ link cellular gateway.

PARAMETER ANALYSIS

Gives an immediate indication that a setting or set-up was performed incorrectly. This helps minimise the variation in set-up from one site to the next.

UNIT ANALYTICS

Unit analytics are included as standard to gain insight into how the cooling equipment is performing. With a focus on the heat exchange system; temperatures, pressures, power consumption are used to present an in-depth analysis of the cooling performance. In addition, the new resource analytics feature gives historical insight into energy & water consumption over time.

FAN ANALYTICS

Focused on power consumption, operating hours, internal temperatures and EC diagnosis messages gives a clear understanding of the conditions a fan is operating in and which factors affect the life and performance of the fan motor. Change from a reactive to a proactive service strategy!

ASSET MANAGEMENT & FLEET ANALYSIS

Allows the IoT user to see where and what state every single piece of connected cooling equipment they own, giving an immediate overview of how the equipment is operation and insight into which equipment may not be operating correctly.

INFORMATION SHARING

Information can be exchanged across clouds easily via Standard API interface. Weather data can give the user real information about the weather in the equipment area so beneficial decisions can be made about maintenance or changing operation.

REPORTING & MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

Auto-reporting generates a daily, weekly, monthly or even yearly report to review the key perfor-mance indicators and resource analysis. The maintenance checklist allows for simple tracking of equipment condition through automatic transfer of measurement data and system information that is already available and fully customizable.

ALARMING WITH EMAIL NOTIFICATION

Gives real information describing the status of cooler or condenser systems. The alarms are descrip-tive and give insight into what the alarm is, so that understanding why the fault occurred is very clear.

COMMAND CENTRE

With aicore™ cloud’s command centre, primary parameters & settings can be securely modified and managed. With the parameter load function an entire fleet of equipment can be configured seamlessly with only a few steps from anywhere. The software update feature allows the customer to always stay up-to-date with the latest features, analytics, and base data.
